Store Policy

 I only received part of my order, when can I expect the rest?

 

• No worries! Your items are on the way, some of our products have different production times or are fulfilled by trusted partners this can cause items in your order to be shipped separately.

 

I received a damaged item, can I replace it?

 

• We try our best to ensure the quality of each of our products but we know mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item please contact us via email at palenaole808@gmail.com (with images of the damaged item) within 7 days of your order being delivered.

 

I think my package is lost!

 

• Once a package is shipped we have little control over its arrival, the fastest and easiest way to track a lost package would be to reach out to your local post office. They will have the best information as to where your items may be. If after speaking with them you are still unable to locate the package please contact us at palenaole808@gmail.com **Please note Palena ‘Ole Limitless Hawai’i LLC can not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

 

• If you are expecting an item that doesn’t come with tracking info please wait the full 4-6 weeks since your order was first placed. If by then it does not arrive please contact us at palenaole808@gmail.com

 

 

 

Help please! My order says delivered but I haven’t  received it yet!

 

• No worries, sometimes there may be issues with USPS scans and products can read as delivered but are still on their way to you. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to see where your items may be or giving it another day or so to arrive. When’s the best time to order Christmas Presents? 

• The sooner the better!! It’s best to order Mid November (since everything is made-to-order and to avoid shipping delays that are out of our control)!

Any orders placed after Dec. 10th are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas!!

 

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

As a made to order brand we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please consider and confirm you are picking the right size and style before purchasing as once an item has been placed into production we are unable to adjust the order.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS for seamless pattern files.  ALL SALES FINAL.
